IMPOSTARE UN PROXY MANUALE - HOW TO USE A PROXY SERVER

Per impostare un proxy manuale in INTERNET EXPLORER :

aprire il menu Strumenti e cliccare su Opzioni Internet.
andare alla scheda Connessioni e premere il tasto Impostazioni LAN.
Il server proxy va scritto qui, come indirizzo IP o come URL.
mettere la crocetta su "Utilizza un server proxy per le connessioni LAN".
Terminata la configurazione, cliccare OK per salvare le modifiche.

Per impostare un proxy manuale in FIREFOX :
Andare nel menu e poi cliccare su Opzioni.
Andare su Avanzate, poi su Rete e Impostazioni di connessione.
Poi andare su "Configurazione manuale dei proxy" per digitare l'indirizzo IP e la porta del proxy che si desidera utilizzare.
Per salvare le impostazioni, cliccare su OK .


Per impostare un proxy manuale in GOOGLE CHROME :
 Premere il tasto in alto a destra, andando in Impostazioni, impostazioni avanzate e sotto "Rete" premere il pulsante "modifica impostazioni proxy".
Inserite l'indirizzo IP e la porta proxy,poi salvate le impostazioni.

How to use a proxy server in INTERNET EXPLORER

1. On the Tools menu in Internet Explorer, click Internet Options, click the Connections tab, and then click LAN Settings.
2. Under Proxy server, click to select the Use a proxy server for your LAN check box.
3. In the Address box, type the IP address of the proxy server.
4. In the Port box, type the port number that is used by the proxy server for client connections (by default, 8080).
5. Click OK to close the LAN Settings dialog box.Cick OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box  

How to use a proxy for FIREFOX :

1. Select the Tools Menu
2. Select Options
3. Select Connection Settings
4. Select Manual Proxy Configuration
5. Check Use the same proxy for all protocols
6. Enter the IP address for the HTTP proxy server
7. Enter the port of the HTTP proxy server
8. Click Okay

How to use a proxy for GOOGLE CHROME :

Click the "Customize and control Google Chrome" button on the toolbar and then select Settings.
Scroll down the list until you see the "Show advanced settings..." link and then click on it.
Scroll further down the list until you see the Network settings, and then click the "Change proxy settings..." button
On the Internet Properties window, click on the "LAN settings" button.
In the LAN Settings, uncheck the box that says "Automatically detect settings." And then, in the Proxy Server section, click the checkbox to enable "Use a proxy server for your LAN..."
In the Address field, enter the IP Address of your Proxy Server, and the Proxy Server Port Number in the Port field. You will receive the IP Address and Port Number of your Proxy Server(s) in a separate email.
Then press the button ok and then ok again to save your change
